We have had an extraordinary year in the Olive Orchard this year!
Our first taste of our new early harvest 2026 extra virgin olive oil.
It was beyond our expectations!
We can't wait for our Texas friends to experience it.
We sacrifice higher oil quantities from a late harvest, for a higher quality of oil from the early harvest.

Our 2026 Extra Virgin Olive Oil is straight from the olive orchard to you!
We will have 250 ml bottle of Fresh EVOO.
We use a smaller bottle for less air
and dark green glass for no light.
This EVOO was just harvested in September/October 2026!
We can't wait for our Texas friends to experience our fresh 2026 harvest of Italian extra virgin olive oil.

We finished very strong on our last day selling Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil at Perissos Vineyard and Winery. We want to thank all our customers who stopped by, sampled some, and took some home! Also, a very BIG thank you to Perissos for allowing us to share our very fresh EVOO with all of our Texas neighbors. The Tuscany EVOO crew was amazing, and we can't thank them enough for all they do!
