Frantoio- Olive Mill

The old Frantoio (Olive Mill) in Sorano has been revived to new! This is the olive mill where we took our olives for processing this year. When you leave your vehicle, you can't help but smell the wave of intoxicating fresh olives being crushed and processed. This is a smell memory you will not forget. It always makes me hungry!
